Convert your WashU Workday class schedule into recurring Google Calendar events.
Works with any Workday XLSX export; academic breaks are pre-loaded for WashU terms.
What this tool does
Reads your Workday class schedule XLSX export and finds every meeting pattern, room, and date.
Creates weekly recurring events that run from each course's start date to its end date.
Skips academic breaks, so no classes land on fall break, Thanksgiving, or spring break.
Adds events straight to a Google Calendar you pick, or a new calendar it creates for your courses.
Runs entirely in your browser — your schedule file is never uploaded to a server.

Frequently asked questions
Is it free?
Yes. The tool is free and runs in your browser.
Does it skip breaks and holidays?
Yes. Break days are excluded automatically, so no class events appear on days you are off.
The built-in dates follow the WashU academic calendar.
Does it work for other schools?
The parser reads any Workday class schedule XLSX export with the standard Course Listing,
Section, Meeting Patterns, Start Date, and End Date columns. Because the pre-loaded break
dates follow the WashU calendar, students elsewhere may need to remove break days manually.
Can I get an ICS file instead?
Yes. The tool generates standard ICS calendar events, which import into Google Calendar,
Apple Calendar, or Outlook.
